Creative Movement School-Wide Assemblies (45 Minutes)
Our 45-minute Creative Movement Assemblies are designed for a fun, inclusive, school-wide experience that gets every student moving, energized, and inspired. These high-energy assemblies combine music, movement, and positive messaging to promote healthy habits and joyful expression. Each assembly includes:
Dynamic Warm-Up – Students prepare their bodies with simple, easy-to-follow movements that build excitement and confidence.
Healthy Bodies Mini-Talk – A short, engaging discussion about keeping our bodies healthy through movement, hydration, positive choices, and self-care.
Elements of Zumba® & Cultural Dances – Students explore upbeat rhythms and global dance styles inspired by Zumba® fitness elements and cultural traditions from around the world.
Interactive Follow-Along Dances – Simple choreography designed so every student and staff member can participate, regardless of experience.
Creative Movement Workshops (45 Minutes – Small Group Setting)
Our 45-minute Creative Movement Workshops are designed for smaller groups of students, such as aftercare programs, enrichment blocks, or school clubs. These sessions provide a more hands-on, interactive movement experience where students can explore creativity and collaboration.
Each workshop may include:
Interactive Warm-Up Games
Zumba-Inspired Dance Elements
Cultural and Upbeat Follow-Along Dances
Dancing Scarves for Creative Expression
Rhythm Instruments for Musical Exploration
Giant Parachute Activities for Teamwork and Coordination
Workshops create a supportive environment where students can build confidence, improve coordination, develop rhythm, and express themselves through movement. With engaging props and high-energy music, students stay active while strengthening social skills and fostering creativity.
